No-one on TV crime shows ever says 'good bye', they barely say 'thank you'.
It's all just 'yep' *bleep*, 'right' *bleep*, 'OK' *bleep*, or 'wait, did you hear something...?' *blam blam blam!* 'urgh!' *bubbly breathing... bleep*.
None of this 'OK, yep, well I guess I'd better let you go, oh you're still talking...' malarkey.
