I mean, he's adult-sized and looks healthy enough. You'd figure he wouldn't have made it that far without being eaten by a cat or starving to death if it was a life-long condition.
He's faceplanting way less at the end of the week than he was at the start so, fingers crossed.
PS. The bird isn't super huge, I'm just super bad at perspective and whatnot.
